Dr. Guidi is a graduate of Bucknell University and Albany Medical College. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the Hospital for Joint Diseases Orthopaedic Institute in New
York and is fellowship trained in sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons and treats disorders to both upper and lower
extremities, utilizing both non-surgical and surgical treatments to help his patients return to their active lifestyles.
Dr. Guidi serves as the Co-Director of the Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Fellowship Program at the Nirschl Orthopaedic Center/Virginia Sportsmedicine Institute. He was an assistant to the
Washington Redskins football team physician and continues to work as the team physician to many local teams. He is the attending physician to the Wolftrap Center for the performing Arts and Arena
Stage Theater. Dr. Guidi also serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at Georgetown University Medical Center, as well as on the Board of Councilors for the American
Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS). He has been recognized by his peers as one of the areas "Top Doctors" in Northern Virginia Magazine.
